Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen Laura Lynn whole green beans
 - 3 tbsp. butter
 - 2 tsp. minced garlic
 - ½ cup walnuts, chopped
 - ½ cup dried cranberries
 - 2 tsp. lemon juice
 - ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
 - 1 tsp. salt
 
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add green beans. Cook until tender, then drain.
 - In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Let cook for one minute.
 - Add green beans to skillet for one minute.
 - Add cranberries, walnuts and lemon juice.
 - Season with salt.
 - Remove from heat. Add feta cheese.
 - Serve warm.
